Gotta remember he is playing in 10 mm so my guess is the bases are no bigger then 1/2" in diameter. Need a very small elastic.
Valid points , however, I use them sitting around the base of my minis, where they more or less lay flat on the terrain. You can literally move the figure out without the band moving, and the. Just plop it back over. You could double or triple up the band so it sits around the boots, as well.

Yup! Think of it like the sports replay broadcasts or electronic games where there’s a glowing halo on the ground around the player, showing who’s being highlighted. Any annoyance with having to additionally move the band is offset by the recognitions benefit, IMHO.

So I’ll stop harping on this from here on, but for the sake of ending the discussion on my rubber band markers, look at post #9 on my current game for a picture of these (and I did measure them... they are indeed a half inch diameter). I am using them as Victory Hex markers.

Just tugging your leg. I get the idea.

Just like when they started broadcasting hockey games on dedicated sports sites. As though the level of viewers they brought couldn't follow things. Maybe not with 24 beers in them! Mind you that never stopped anyone up here following and commenting loudly and obscenely.

LOL, yeah, I agree! I was planning a thread anyways, though... always good to get ideas and suggestions out there. It’s how we all learn, right? I’m always looking at pictures of peoples game rooms and studios, looking for ideas and inspiration. I like to try and provide the same here.
