    6mm

I have tried a few different scales over the years including 6mm from GHQ. Came across an Altoids tin tonight I kept some in. Panthers and Sherman's.

Great paint job. The GHQ stuff is really nice but I went with Heroics and Ros for my 6mm stuff, just very slightly smaller 1/285 as opposed to 1/300 but a lot cheaper.

One of the guys who comes to our club is a fantastic painter, used to work for Games Workshop and has had a lot of his stuff in White Dwarf, also doing very well in painting competitions. He said he realised he was going a bit far when he found himself putting shoulder flash`s on his 6mm Brits.

Ahhhhhh, the old 1/285 vs 1/300 thing! For those unawares, they are bit generally considered the same size (6mm), but aren’t, but are pretty close, but….
